On site
A rear extension in the order it is built, from setting up the site to handing over the keys. Photographed on our own sites.
Hoarding, welfare and protection for the house and neighbours before work starts.
Foundation trenches dug and drains diverted around the new footprint.
Trenches shuttered and reinforced, inspected by Building Control, then concreted.
Damp-proof membrane down and the ground-floor slab poured.
Brick and block walls built up from the slab, openings formed.
Steel beams and roof timbers in, then the roof covered and the shell made watertight.
Cables, water, waste and heating pipes run before anything is covered up.
Walls and ceilings boarded and skimmed, then left to dry.
Flooring laid, kitchen and bathroom fitted, then decorated.
Snagged together with you, signed off by Building Control and handed over.

“Brits took on a full house gut and extension. The project overan by 2 months but during the time of Covid etc it wasnt entirely their fault. I will 100% recommend these guys who were always honest, kept to the job at hand and was managed excellently. The PM was on site 2-3 times daily and was always at hand to discuss. With all jobs of this nature there are problems but I hoenstly can confirm that they were very professional with debates and discussions, and never got emotional or upset. Fahim the PM really does have a good heart and best intentions. My job was completed 99% to my satisfaction and at the beginning, i didnt think i would be this happy. Even 6 months of moving in there have been a few issues (odd leak, paintwork or heating issues) they have come back to rectify and redo the work. There is still few V. minor items and they have said to let settlement cracks settle for a year and they will come to redo this. (its not been done yet but i do trust and believe that they will based on all other things post completion). There has not been a single person whos been to the house who has not been wowed by the work and most importantly finishing. I will recommend and use again in future based on this experience.”

Yes. All structural work is covered by a 15 year structural warranty, which is transferable to a new owner if you sell the property.
Yes. We are CHAS accredited, fully insured, and all operatives hold valid CSCS cards. Full insurance certificates are available on request.
Payments are staged against agreed programme milestones, usually across 5 to 6 stage payments. No large upfront deposits and no final payment until snagging is fully complete and signed off.
Yes. We work with trusted interior designers and kitchen/bathroom suppliers and can manage the full specification process if required, or work to your own selected finishes.
