“Brits worked on our rear extension almost 5 years ago, which is now our kitchen and dining area, and honestly I just wanted to praise them even after all this time. Recently we had a leak coming through the ceiling and at first I thought maybe it was something to do with Brits work, so I called them. They came and checked everything properly and found out it was actually a pipe leaking from the first floor bathroom, which was done before they even started our extension. Apparently the previous plumber had used a cheap copy valve and that was causing the problem. Even though it had nothing to do with their work, they still got the valve replaced, fixed the ceiling, skimmed it, painted it and made everything look nice again. Thank you so much Brits, and especially Syed and Fawad. You guys kept the whole experience headache free. Honestly I think I got lucky with my builder, otherwise I would probably still be chasing people around trying to get someone to sort it.”
